Applications for Financing: When applying for business funding, you may provide your name, email, phone number, business details (name, type, size), financial information (bank statements, credit history, payment history), Social Security or tax ID numbers, and other relevant details.
Chat or Support Interactions: Messages, name, phone number, and any other information you provide during live chat or support interactions.
Feedback: Any reviews, suggestions, survey responses, or other communications you provide.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Pages you visit, links clicked, and frequency of access.
Device and Browser Data: IP address, device ID, operating system, browser type, application version, and similar information.
Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address or device settings.

Our Services may contain links to external websites. Ream Advance is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information. While we do not currently sell personal information, you may submit a request to contact@reamadvance.com.

11. Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights regarding their personal information, including:

Same-Day Funding is only available in certain states for term loans up to $250,000. Eligibility window is Monday–Friday before 10:30 a.m. ET. If checkout is completed before 10:30 a.m. ET, funds may be available by 5:00 p.m. local time the same business day. If checkout is completed after 10:30 a.m. ET, or on a weekend or bank holiday, the loan will not qualify for Same-Day Funding and funds will typically be deposited within 2–3 business days.
Instant Funding requires registration and is subject to the Instant Funding Terms & Conditions. Instant Funding is limited to open lines of credit for draw amounts between $1,000 and $10,000, with a limit of one draw request per day. Not all banks or debit card providers participate. To qualify, you must register a business debit card that matches the information associated with your Ream Advance account. Transfers are typically completed within 30 minutes but may be subject to additional restrictions or delays.
Certain industries are not eligible for financing (see list of restricted industries). In addition, Ream Advance does not lend to businesses located in North Dakota. Additional underwriting requirements may apply.
If you pay off a Ream Advance term loan early, you may still be required to pay a portion of the unpaid interest expense, as outlined in your loan agreement. The specific percentage will be disclosed in your agreement.
Eligibility for the lowest rates is very limited and available only to businesses with the strongest credit profiles and cash flow performance. This typically includes businesses that demonstrate excellent payment history on prior financing products with Ream Advance.
The average APR for term loans is 56.4%, and the average APR for lines of credit is 56.6%. Averages are based on loans originated in the six-month period ending June 30, 2025.
Depending on your state and other application factors, you may be required to make a minimum initial draw of $1,000 at origination.
Only customers who have previously renewed a term loan are eligible for a 0% origination fee. Customers renewing a term loan for the first time may receive a discounted origination fee. No origination fee discount applies to renewal loans with a 24-month term.
All loans are subject to lender approval. Depending on your state, business profile, and loan characteristics, financing may be provided by Ream Advance or one of its lending partners. The lender will be clearly identified in your loan agreement prior to signing.
Only select customers with strong credit profiles and sufficient verified monthly revenue who meet specific underwriting criteria are eligible for loan amounts up to $400,000.
